Thank you for choosing Indira ! If the size is not right or you simply do not want to keep the ordered jewelry, you can request an exchange or return without any problems.
To give you a worry-free experience when ordering from our website, we offer free exchange or return for orders shipped within Romania , for any reason, within 30 days of purchase (for jewelry that has not been worn).
📌 Exchange and return rules:
- The first exchange/return per order is free .
- If a second exchange/return request is required for the same order, the costs will be borne by the customer:
- 23 RON in Bucharest
- 25 RON in the province
- 30 RON in areas with additional kilometers
- For orders shipped to the European Union and the United Kingdom, exchange or return costs are borne by the customer.
How do you return or exchange a product?
1️⃣ Access your account 👉 [ My account]
2️⃣ Choose the order you want to return and press the Return button.
3️⃣ Select your return preferences (exchange or refund).
4️⃣ Pack the product in the package and wait for the courier sent by us to your address.
5️⃣ If you choose to return via Easybox, note the code received after sending the request and leave the package in the selected Easybox.
6️⃣ If you want to exchange the product for a different model, select "Return". The exchange option is only available for the same product in a different size.
7️⃣ After we receive and evaluate the returned products, we will refund the amount immediately, and within a maximum of 14 working days, the money will reach your account, depending on the payment method used.
❗ Important conditions
🛑 Returned or exchanged products must be in new condition. If they show scratches, visible signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the request or charge a fee for reconditioning the product, if possible.
