Return/Exchange Products

Thank you for choosing Indira! If the size is not the right one or you simply do not want to keep the jewelry you ordered, you can request an exchange or even return the product.

In order for you to have a worry-free experience when ordering from our website, we offer free exchange or return for orders shipped within Romania, for any reason, for 30 days from the date of purchase (for jewelry that were not worn).

In exceptional cases, when more than one exchange/return request is requested per order, the following requests will be paid by the customer.

The first exchange/return per order is free, and the second is made against a fee of 23 Ron in Bucharest, 25 Ron in the province and 30 Ron in areas with additional km. For orders shipped to the European Union and the United Kingdom of Great Britain, in case of an exchange or return, the costs are borne by the customer.

For exchange (same product , different size only)

• Enter your data and in just a few clicks you're done. All you have to do is pack the exchange well and wait for the courier that we will send to your address.

For exchange with another product or return

• Access the link 👉 exchange with another product/return*
• Fill in the order number and your email address, then choose from the options (voucher or refund to your account).
• After we receive and evaluate the returned products, within a maximum of 14 working days we will refund the amount related to the returned products.

*If the exchanged/returned products show scratches, visible signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
