DELIVERY IN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN

We ship Indira products, through our partner DHL, to all member countries of the European Union, with certain exceptions.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct and complete, because we cannot redirect the order once it has been picked up from Indira headquarters.

Before we can ship your products, it may be necessary to reconfirm the data of your card issuer. As far as we are concerned, we will do our best to minimize delays and offer you our support in taking orders.

The international delivery period is between 4 and 7 working days.

All Indira products shipped internationally are 100% insured.

In the case of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, as a result of the exit from the European Union, the customs fee for shipping gold and silver jewelry to the UK is 2.5% of the declared value of the goods.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE AND RETURNS IN THE CASE OF INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

In the case of a return or exchange, the cost of transport is borne by the customer.

We accept product returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days of receiving the package.

Products can be returned under the following conditions:

1. they are returned within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the package and are accompanied by a warranty certificate with the date of purchase

2. only jewelry that has no defects, is in its original condition, has not been damaged, has all the original packaging and accessories attached, and these show no signs of use are accepted.

The money is returned within 5 working days. Custom products cannot be returned.

In the case of a piece of jewelry received as a gift, which the customer does not want to keep, we will replace it with another product of similar value. The returned product must be accompanied by the warranty certificate, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

In the case of the purchase of a gift card/voucher, we do not accept the return of the financial consideration.

We reserve the right not to accept multiple returns for the same customer.

We would like to inform you that Indira returns to the customer the amount paid for the purchased product, but not the third-party commissions (bank transfer, paypal, mobilpay, exchange rate differences, etc.).

Delivery of products in Romania:

Delivery is made by courier to the delivery address indicated by you, through Fan Courier partners. The delivery time for Bucharest is a maximum of 24-48 hours from the confirmation of the order, and for the province a maximum of 72 hours from its confirmation.

Indira guarantees the delivery of any shipment in good conditions and in full confidentiality, with the exception of Saturday-Sunday, legal holidays and non-banking days, when no deliveries are made. At the same time, Indira makes sure that the delivery is made in maximum safety, quickly and directly to the address indicated by the customer, the products being insured during the transport, until the time of delivery. Order validation is done by phone or online by our operators.

The products are delivered from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00 and, for this reason, please let us know the address where you will be during this time (work, home, etc.).

The delivery of Indira jewelry is free, with no additional costs or fees for orders whose value exceeds the amount of 200 lei, provided that the destination is within the Fan Courier coverage area.

For orders delivered on the territory of Romania and whose value is less than 200 lei, a delivery fee of 15 lei will be charged.

In case of dissatisfaction with the delivery services of the partner delivery company, contact us at office@indira.ro . We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by delays in the delivery of orders due to external factors: special weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, calamities, street demonstrations or other special situations that could prevent the express courier from delivering on time, a fact for which Indira will not pay compensation for damages caused by the failure to deliver the products on time.

Black Friday, Black Week, Black Weekend, Flash Sales, BOGO Sales:

In the case of these campaigns, the delivery time can vary between 24 hours and 7 days. The large number of orders may cause delivery delays. We apologize and assure you that we are doing everything possible to speed up the delivery process. Also within these types of campaigns, value or percentage coupons and vouchers, from other previous campaigns or from newsletter subscriptions, more precisely the corresponding discounts, do not apply to the promotional price. Coupons and vouchers can only be used and applied to the full price of the product. The products from the Black, Flash or Bogo promotions are original, sealed, without hidden defects. Campaigns of this kind also take place with items with limited stock, there may be situations where the ordered product has become unavailable in the meantime. The large number of orders generated is processed by the technical platforms based on the FIFO system. HOW DO I PAY?

1. Cash on delivery (only for shipments on the territory of Romania)

  • The products are paid to the courier who delivers together with the delivery fees included in the invoice value.

2. Payment by Card

  • Online
    • payment is made in a secure way through the Mobilpay Romania website
    • When "Pay by card" is selected when completing the order, you will be redirected to the mobilpay.ro platform
    • INDIRA does not keep/save any information related to your card.
    • Payments can be made online with the card (personal or company).
    • Accepted cards are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD logos.
    • No additional commission is charged for transactions.
    • To complete any transaction, you must provide:
      • card code (all numbers on the front of the card, without spaces);
      • Expiration date;
      • the last three digits on the back of the card written on the strip with your signature.

2. Payment by bank transfer

  • When placing the order, choose the payment method bank transfer, following that after placing the order you will receive the payment details. After confirming the payment, the products will be shipped.
