Ever since the Indira brand was born, the goal has been to bring value to customers by satisfying their jewelry needs. So, whatever we do, from the website, products, content in Social Media or other projects, we always have the customer in our mind. From the moment the customer arrives on our website until they have the jewel in their hand, the process must be as easy and intuitive as possible.

Our entire team consists of dedicated people whose role is to make customers happy. Every day we set new standards to exceed our customers' expectations.


We don't like the title Customer Relations Representative because we think this position is more than that. The person who will fill this role is innovative, resourceful, has stylist skills and is incredibly attentive to customer feedback to proactively improve the way we do things. She provides more than an automated response, her role is to delight customers by providing them with a pleasant experience so that they come back and tell their friends how much they love the Indira brand. We believe that this role is suitable for a Full Time Job for a person who has at least 1 year of experience in customer service. We promise to provide you with a fun, creative and challenging work environment. Also, to give you the opportunity to get directly involved in the development of our online store.


Responsibilities:


  • The main task will be to communicate with customers through our advisory channels: email, phone, Facebook Chat, Whatsapp, Instagram Chat
  • Identifying the needs of customers who write to us on Social Media channels or call us on the phone, listening empathetically to them, finding the most suitable solutions and creating a long-term relationship with them
  • Video appointments with clients for advice and styling tips
  • Welcoming customers to the showroom and assisting them in the purchase process
  • Compliance with the standards established together with the team, in communication with customers
  • Knowledge of all products and current events on the site in order to find the most appropriate solutions to customer needs
  • Identifying communication issues and developing ideas, initiatives to proactively meet customer needs
  • Assisting in various administrative tasks (order processing, website content management, etc.)

  • You have a problem-solving mindset, this does not mean you have to have all the solutions, but be comfortable asking questions to understand the need and come up with a feasible solution in both the short and long term
  • You are an organized and autonomous person, you know your responsibilities very well and you are proactive in achieving them.
